Recent Sightings
The Recent Sightings Section contains a list of the latest bird reports from various sites in Co Mayo. These are as received, so they have not been verified.

Please report birds that you see in Co Mayo, including rare or scarce birds, large flock numbers, early and late migrants, unusual garden birds, Red Listed Species, etc. We are interested in all birds, not just the rarities.

Please include the date, where seen, species and number seen, your name and anything else you feel is relevant.

Rare birds should be reported to the Irish Rare Birds Committee

Digital photographs taken of birds in Co Mayo are greatly appreciated for our website.
Please email photographs to birdwatchmayo@yahoo.com, reducing your photograph size to 500 pixel in width, or no more that 80Kb in file size.
